ABOUT ME

Studio Kenya is the creative practice of Dublin-based designer and illustrator Kenya Dempsey.

 

Known for her bold poster designs and vivid hand-lettering, Kenya’s work draws from rave culture, psychedelia, and DIY energy, fusing colour, type, and image into dynamic visual identities. She is co-founder of the queer club night Rathaus, where her posters become the identity for each event’s theme; playful, raw, camp, or chaotic.

 

Alongside her design practice, Kenya is expanding into mural work and multidisciplinary creative projects, always aiming to build experiences that feel emotionally charged and visually unforgettable.
